After initially paying a deposit in March the Covid 19 came along and for personal reasons we had to cancel and were so pleased that the deposit was returned, we had said at the time that we would return in October but we brought this forward and contacted Jamie who got the ball rolling again for us. We collected the car on Friday 17th July. From the start in March up to collection the service has been great, big thanks to Jamie for all his help through the process.

My car was in for service just a few weeks prior to my visit for a parking sensor to be fitted. Why did it take 3 weeks to get the part and I had to ring to find out the delay. I thought parts could be there in a day or so which is how my Toyota garage works When fitted you found a minor oil leak. Was this not noticed at the service.I have to return for this to be resolved.This will be 3 visits in as many weeks for problems

Really easy for all involved. Called, asked if they could get me a car advertised online for another looker’s dealership. They quickly sorted it out and we drove the car away around a week later. Everyone we spoke with was accommodating, friendly and polite. No messing around with price on part ex either. Described condition of car over phone, was given a price and got it. Couldn’t ask for better.

I found booking the job in over the telephone was very easy and booking my car in on the day was also very straight forward. The mechanic updated me with the issues and sought my agreement before progressing with the repair. I was very disappointed to find I needed a new windscreen washer motor and battery within 2 weeks of my warranty expiring!
