Emma looked after me and kept men informed of progress. unfortunately after collecting car I was still unable to pair it to Nissan connect, but this was down to a Nissan problem regarding my VIN so had to go back through Nissan care to get it sorted

Just the fact that i was given a number of dates to choose from which were convenient. The vehicle was collected when i was told it would be, it was serviced and cleaned and hoovered and returned to my home address when was told it would be, prior to which i received a vhc to let me know how it was and progressing.
