Andrew (sales) involved a colleague (expert) in my handover. They teamed up, paired my phone and showed me through the infotainment system and all the other 'toys'.

simple process to save time at check in deskI was sorted out with a hire car while job was done to reconnect telematics. Emma looked after me and kept men informed of progress. unfortunately after collecting car I was still unable to pair it to Nissan connect, but this was down to a Nissan problem regarding my VIN so had to go back through Nissan care to get it sorted

Just the fact that i was given a number of dates to choose from which were convenient.The vehicle was collected when i was told it would be, it was serviced and cleaned and hoovered and returned to my home address when was told it would be, prior to which i received a vhc to let me know how it was and progressing.
