Just made the handover a bit of exciting rather than having the car outside uncovered. Maybe have it over up inside or something.Over all good communication during waiting for the vehicle and when collecting the car the staff members andrew and Hugo were very helpful and kind and gave us all information and showed the car and answered any questions we had before we took the car. Overall very good customer service
