Paul was a friendly and welcoming. The test drive was brilliant, he was super at showing me a new route and explaining some of the features of the car. We had a great chat and I value his experience in the car market.Unfortunately I feel my experience was let down as he was new to the company, some of my detailed questions needed further assistance which is fine, I am happy to support training etc. What I did find slightly irritating is that none of the other staff were busy, so they could have helped him with the software, as I ended up being in Nissan for 2hrs due to the software and standard questions to get through the stages of the enquiry and for further information I didn't actually purchase the car.
