I am based about 90 minutes away from the dealership so Jenny arranged to send me a video of the car I was interested in. A fair part exchange value was agreed for my old vehicle. When I viewed the vehicle the car was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I was able to take it on an unassisted test drive and was given as much time as I wanted to look over it. I had many questions about the car which Jenny answered instantly via email. Overall a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to purchase from Lookers Renault Carlisle again.
