According to the online booking I was offered a lift from the garage but the Carlisle garage does not offer this (and hasn’t since the start of Covid). And the appointment I made online wasn’t suitable with the garage, so they phoned me to arrange another date.Happy with my experience.

The service team explained in detail to me,what the issues were with my vehicle,and what course of action they would take.This was very refreshing to me,as the previous NISSAN dealer i dealt with,seemed to have the impression that a customer doesnt really have the intelligence to be given any information.
