Never had cause for any complaint in 10 yrs bit on this occasion we had to wait for 11 days for part and had to send emails and ring for updates. No courtesy car was available. Had to return twice before work was satisfactorily completed.

As pensioners, who have had nothing to do with purchasing a car for over 10 years we were prepared to feel quite vulnerable but Mark and Arron made us feel very comfortable. They came across as knowledgeable and trustworthy and have done nothing since our purchase to tarnish either. A great experience.
