My car is under warranty, but the AdBlu sensor was faulty and counting down to zero miles, at which point it would have been a non-starter. My car is absolutely essential to me - not jsut 'convenient'. There did not seem to be any understanding of the seriousness and inconvenience of this to me ( or any end user ) until I visited the branch directly and spoke to the service Manager. He immediately secured a slot in the workshop schedule, even though I was unable to secure a courtesy car. For warranty faults like this, where the car is, or will be undrivable, I think Lookers/Nissan need to be prepared to go the extra mile. It also helps to speak directly with the depot in question (Carlisle), rather than the central bookings facility. On the 2 occasions I have used them I have had to go to the depot to get the job done - or the car even recognised in one case!
