Excellent service from Andrew and Mark. No criticism of the staff I met (who explained matters really well) but the digital ‘paperwork’ is ridiculously complex.

My car is under warranty, but the AdBlu sensor was faulty and counting down to zero miles, at which point it would have been a non-starter. My car is absolutely essential to me - not jsut 'convenient'. There did not seem to be any understanding of the seriousness and inconvenience of this to me ( or any end user ) until I visited the branch directly and spoke to the service Manager. He immediately secured a slot in the workshop schedule, even though I was unable to secure a courtesy car.For warranty faults like this, where the car is, or will be undrivable, I think Lookers/Nissan need to be prepared to go the extra mile.It also helps to speak directly with the depot in question (Carlisle), rather than the central bookings facility. On the 2 occasions I have used them I have had to go to the depot to get the job done - or the car even recognised in one case!
