I travelled to the North East to view the cars you have over there. I was very angry and upset by the staff there due to their lack of interest in me as well as want to work. I was greeted very unprofessionally with a “what can I help you with”no “Hi” the cars were also very dirty and disgusting. No care is given at this site.When I went to look at your availability in Newcastle, it was a 360 turn around. I was greeted by a gentleman called Jack Carr who looked after new and my family amazingly. I asked many questions and nothing was too much for him. He is a credit to your store and company.Unfortunately I did not purchase the car with Jack as we live in Carlisle. I dealt with a gentleman named Andrew Templeton who had the car transported from Newcastle to Carlisle. Nothing was too much for him as I felt I was a little bit of a pain with cleanliness etc. my whole experience with Andrew was great and I will definitely purchase from him again, if not him Jack. Over all both Jack and Andrew I feel deserve recognition for this hard work and the way they represent your company.

We have bought several vehicles from Nissan Carlisle, mostly from Guy Mellor who is now a manager.We travel over 100 miles from our home but it’s completely worth it to be looked after so well.
