I bought a used car which the garage had clearly worked on to make mechanically right. It had a new Cambelt and the wheels were chip free. Great stuff. However the interior was not properly clean with some stains on the passager seat and a significant mark on the nearside rear door card which the sales person had informed would be removed in the sales video sent to me. There was some general dirt n the car also. I cleaned the interior as soon as I got the car home getting all the marks out with some shop bought valeting foam. It took just 20 minutes. I appreciate it was a used car that I bought but it really did need to be properly clean. It spolit an otherwise pain-free and pleasant car buying experience which is a shame.

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, but I didn’t receive the inspection video (I don’t think I did but please correct me if I’m wrong) and I did not receive any update calls regarding the progress of the service - I had to phone the garage twice to ask if it was ready and the again to check if everything was ok after it’s post service road test. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant but the level of communication from the garage was not as good as it normally is.

I have no complaints about the Carlisle branch, my issue is with Nissan.After lodging a complaint with Nissan, I was told I would be contacted by my case manager in 48 hours, on 4 different occasions I tried to contact the case manager after the 48 hour period, I was was eventually contacted after 4 days.
