I bought a used car which the garage had clearly worked on to make mechanically right. It had a new Cambelt and the wheels were chip free. Great stuff. However the interior was not properly clean with some stains on the passager seat and a significant mark on the nearside rear door card which the sales person had informed would be removed in the sales video sent to me. There was some general dirt n the car also. I cleaned the interior as soon as I got the car home getting all the marks out with some shop bought valeting foam. It took just 20 minutes. I appreciate it was a used car that I bought but it really did need to be properly clean. It spolit an otherwise pain-free and pleasant car buying experience which is a shame.

Met with a warm smile and very helpful service assistant which helped to get the service experience of too an excellent startDown side I was unable to get courtesy car as did not have NI number which I wasn't informed beforehand that I need.

Thank you to all involved in was a mystery until it was finally fixed today. Couldn't thank them enough.

Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, but I didn’t receive the inspection video (I don’t think I did but please correct me if I’m wrong) and I did not receive any update calls regarding the progress of the service - I had to phone the garage twice to ask if it was ready and the again to check if everything was ok after it’s post service road test. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant but the level of communication from the garage was not as good as it normally is.

Bought a motability car and Jenny who I dealt with was excellent with her explanations and everything went through so smoothly.

Salesman Arron Bradbury was excellent!From my initial enquiry right up to delivery of my vehicle he kept in regular contact with me, keeping me informed, answering queries and working to my tight time frames to get the car prepared and ready for me, would highly recommend him to anyone.
