I have no complaints about the Carlisle branch, my issue is with Nissan.After lodging a complaint with Nissan, I was told I would be contacted by my case manager in 48 hours, on 4 different occasions I tried to contact the case manager after the 48 hour period, I was was eventually contacted after 4 days.

It was so easy to purchase our car, once we made the decision.All the staff we met were lovely and definitely not pushy in any way.Hugo Mendonca was so helpful and he made the buying process simple for us.I would be happy to purchase again from Lookers in the future.

I purchased the vehicle through on-line sales but was in regular communication with excellent sales executive Hugo Mendoca, who kept myself up to date and informed of every detail, including arranged delivery to home address some 320 miles from Carlisle lookers branch.
