We found the sales team very patient as we tried various cars to suit our (fussy?) needs. Having found the one we wanted, which was away from the dealership, it took some time for the finance department to sort out the paperwork. Not happy with the use of the 'echosign' software. Seems to cause more problems that it's worth. Eventually got the car, only to find that it had a puncture, which was fixed rapidly. Very happy with the car now, having had a 'test drive' of just over 100 miles to attend a medical appointment! Have found a few bad scratches on the driver's side door pillar and found paperwork in the glove box, an invoice for some repair work done by another dealership. The invoice showed that the previous owner had paid his insurance excess of £250 towards the work done. Doubt if Lookers realised the car had had an accident in the past. I have shredded all paperwork relating to the previous two owners payments for repairs, etc. There was no mention of what was repaired. As the car was presented well and drives well, I am ignoring it's previous history. A bit sad to see that my old car is now up for sale at the price I paid for it, four years ago! Such a shame that the trade in value was £3000 lower! Guess a profit has to be made, somewhere! I look forward to your feedback.

Mostly good though when I got car home software had not been updated so needs to be returned as it’s a specialist job. However I love the Qashqai -this is my forth.
