Due to my sudden current medical condition occurring during this car part exchange process, I found all the Lookers staff went the extra mile to assist me and make it happen. Although all the staffappeared truly customer focused, I would like you to pass on my sincere thanks to Neil, Andrew & Ryan who I believe gave me the best customer service/experience that I have ever received. I had to be there by 10am. My car wasn’t seen until 3 hours later. The fault was found within a very short time yet I was there for over 5 hours. Why can’t you make appointments geared more to the time it will be seen. In all I was away from home over 7 hours, a full day waisted.

I sent an initial enquiry about a juke hybrid, I got a generic copy and paste response. When I relied to this I got a message talking about a qashqai. When I visited the showroom, I was told someone would be with me in 1 minute. 30 minutes later no one had appeared so I told the woman at the desk I was leaving who just oh ok.
