Telephone enquiry handled with great professionalism.Have a van on hold which I plan to settle in the coming couple of weeks. Hugo, Jenny and Mark have all had communications and been great. Due to my sudden current medical condition occurring during this car part exchange process, I found all the Lookers staff went the extra mile to assist me and make it happen.
