I understand bec of COVID there was delays but an occasional update or even a customer service call even email would have been lovely, Jenny was a lovely girl and I'm sure snowed under with grumpy customers due to delays which wasn't her fault but I felt awful ringing her and emailing all the time

I had to top up my adblue system with almost 10ltrs. I was told the car was serviced so I expected that to be done. I asked Hugo and he said it would have been done at the service. Overall a very good experience. The minor blot has not ruined that. Hugo was very professional and made the buying experience simple Many Thanks.

One minor improvement is that the sales person wasn't clear on payments. I was paying cash but I knew I would have to transact in advance but they suggested I could just pay by card then sent the info through to pay in advance later. Also I had to tax my car before leaving the showroom, not a problem in the end but my cards are protected through an app which I didn't have with me and this delay could have been avoided if made clearer, I wasn't aware I was having to set that up. This is a minor point as overall service was good and I'm happy to have changed my car with minimum fuss.
