The lady that checked me in and booked the service was 100% but disappointed with the service from reception desk when I came to pick up . I waited 10min before I was acknowledged and that was by a person passing . A young mechanic was chatting to the reception staff and both new I was waiting . I gave a good review score as I did not want it to reflect on the original lady . The collection staff were more interested in their conversation. Not work related as could here it .!!

Receptionist very nice and helpful could do with some help sometimes when she has to see to customers and bring their cars around for them, people are kind of left standing around quite a bit while other staff just walk past
