I made my purchase remotely so didn’t visit the showroom. Communication from the sales person was excellent, he provided me with all the information I needed without being overbearing making my purchase easy to complete.

This is the second time we have bought a car from lookers good communication kept up to date when the car arrived from another dealership

We were pleased with the initial dealings with the 1st sales person. However, as we were cash buyers, we felt it was a waste of our time and the saleman's going through 'Finance Options. When we went to collect the car, no-one came forward and after 5 minutes, I had to approach 3 salesmen sitting together. When the salesman came back from refuelling another car, he went trough paperwork and said I needed to tax the car. We then had to go to Kingstown to do this. The car had less than a quarter of a tank of fuel in and we had to fill up soon after leaving Lookers. As we paid in cash and there was no discount, it would have been nice to have had at least a third of a tank of fuel. The car was clean and in lovely condition but the customer care at Lookers was sadly not there.

Tyre report placed 2 front tyres in red category with 2.9mm for all measurements. A tyre fitting company advised me that tyres did not require change. Upon checking myself, measurements as follows (4 grooves each tyre): Front Offside: 4.5/3.5/3.5/4.5; Front Nearside: 4.0/4.0/3.5/4.0. Overall very happy with service but this error was very disappointing.
