At the time of my enquiry lookers were running a promotion of which once I had discussed figures was told I did not qualify for as the vehicle I was interested in had been heavily discounted (the same discount was available to other nissan franchises) hence I purchased the equivalent vehicle elsewhere!

I arranged to use a courtesy car as my vehicle had been recalled for a fault and i had to get back to work. When I arrived, I was told no vehicle was available and that the dealership had tried to ring me the night before.however I had no missed calls or messages. Within half an hour a car was found for me but this was an unnecessary delay. I would suggest ensuring enough cars are available so that the experience is not repeated. Staff were pleasant and friendly throughout and the car was fixed - but the experience was marred.

Before the service, I had a problem with the "Stop-Start" system. It was corrected during the service. Thank you.
