Always had car cleaned with all other services but not this time ?

We did not meet with anyone from the management team, but there were several phone calls and emails. The Lookers’ staff dealing with the sale were extremely efficient, informed, helpful and polite in dealing with us.

We were asked to be at the garage for 10 on Sunday to meet the man who we had dealt with the previous Monday, to collect the new £37,300 car. we arrived at 950. By the time we had finished, and drove off in the new car, the salesman we had been told to meet had not arrived for work. It was past 11am. We were dealt with by a very helpful RENAULT part time employee, but his knowledge of the Qashqai Tekna we were buying was limited. He did his best, but we were not impressed overall.

Friendly, helpful service staff. Offered to charge electric vehicle. Thanks
