We didn’t feel we were given a effective hand over of the vehicle. There was no talk through of the controls and what we needed to know to drive away. We asked a few question about the controls expected this to be expanded but just received polite simple answers. After driving away no more than a 1/4 of a mile a warning light appeared. We had to return to get this checked. The mechanic who took the car to check was very helpful and reassuring and came back to explain it was the tyre pressure warning light and everything was sorted. It was disappointing that this had not already been checked beforehand. There was crumbs in the centre arm rest, clearly had not been cleaned. This was our first purchase from Lookers and it was not the experience we were expecting.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Nissan, Carlisle and wont be the last ,We find Andrew and Ross very easy to talk to and both very helpful ,I feel if there was a problem hopefully they would do there best to sort it out and this is hard to find these days with main dealers.

Very helpful staff kept me informed while the service was carried out - I waited in the showroom. The vacuuming turned up £1.25 my wife had dropped out of her pocket!
