I arranged to use a courtesy car as my vehicle had been recalled for a fault and i had to get back to work. When I arrived, I was told no vehicle was available and that the dealership had tried to ring me the night before.however I had no missed calls or messages. Within half an hour a car was found for me but this was an unnecessary delay. I would suggest ensuring enough cars are available so that the experience is not repeated. Staff were pleasant and friendly throughout and the car was fixed - but the experience was marred.

We did not meet with anyone from the management team, but there were several phone calls and emails.The Lookers’ staff dealing with the sale were extremely efficient, informed, helpful and polite in dealing with us.
