When I picked the car up 2 years ago there was no service book. I have been trying for the last 2 years to get a service book which has been eventually sorted by the garage. I am still waiting for the garage to post it on to me. I spoke to someone yesterday and he wasn't sure if I had to pay for it. I did say that under any circumstances circumstance would I pay for something that should have been with the car in 2020!!

Lookers Carlisle did exactly what they said they would do which was excellent.Service took around 2 hours and they let me know when it was completed and the car ready for pickup.Also let me know exceptions such as tyre wear and provided quotes.So all round very good.
