Hugo was the best advisor I could of wished for he was calming very polite I was very anxious and he made me feel so at ease you have a star working for you his name is Hugo if ever I come again I would like Hugo to assist me.

the service was first class. I was notified as to what was happening throughout the whole time my car was in for service. I would particularly like to single out Ashlee Hammell for praise, as I was originally told it would be 15.00 when I would be able to pick my car up. To my joy Ashlee phoned me up to say my car would be ready just after 12 o,clock.

Dan and Ashlee were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I was feeling very stressed as I am reliant on my car for my job and a courtesy car was arranged. I was able to keep it until my car was ready which was great as there was a delay due to a part being unavailable. Ashlee kept me informed and updated throughout. Thank you so much.
