Too expensive for work carried out?? Service book Not Stamped do had to regurn to garage. Poor explanation given as to why premature corrosion of front brake discs after only 20000 miles.

Cannot fault Nigel the service controller chappie...took time to explain the issues with the brakes and also answered a few more queries. The only niggle is that the vehicle has been in twice to have the service warning reset, along with an oil leak from the transfer box, which to be honest on a vehicle with less that 21k on the clock gives cause for concern, but covered under the warranty. It took the conversation with Nigel to explain that the warning could not be reset until the vehicle had an oil change, although the fact that the oil is diluted points to the fact that the DPF system is problematic and know from experience that this is going to cause issues going forward. We have spoken to Nissan UK in the past about the DPF issues, but to be honest, unlike the dealership they really aren't bothered, and that fact alone would mean we would not buy another Nissan.

Both Jenny and Kurt from the sales team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole buying experience straightforward and easy to follow. Jenny kept in touch and informed me at every stage.The only downside was the standard of paint repairs which now look worse, whoever touched in the front bumper and tailgate has clearly taken no care and used what looks like lumpy (old, dry) paint and a match stick.On a £30k vehicle these should have been repaired properly as I was told they would be.My partner recently bought a VW Golf from Lookers in Northallerton and they repaired similar paint damage correctly by spraying that section of panel, not a botched touch up.In all a very enjoyable buying experience was spoiled by a lack of care and attention from whoever attempted to improve the damage.Sales team were excellent though.
