From my very first call through to the personal delivery and handover of the new vehicle, attention and customer experience was exemplary by each member of staff in particular from the receptionist, Steven and Ryan. Well done Team Lookers - Carlisle.

I haven't responded to #3 as I don't know - not being terribly interested in whether someone's on a Management team or not!! #4 not applicable #5 don't require a plan - already know what to do! BUT was extremely happy with the service I received!
