Car had a minor fault with TPMS ie a valve needed replacing. This was dealt with very well with excellent customer service and the car being collected and delivered back.

Guy, Andrew T and Ethan were all very good. This is my third qashqai from Lookers Carlisle. The service is always brilliant.

I purchased a 3yr old Micra automatic.I am highly delighted with the car. Also very happy indeed with the sales team. Andrew Templeton and his young colleague were most helpful on the day of my visit. The car was sourced from elsewhere and I was very pleased that your staff went to the trouble of finding it. Of course the sale went through and again Andrew was most helpful. A couple of rear upper body panels behind the back door handles were agreed to be replaced at my request. This was done after a week or so and again the staff were most courteous and helpful as they have been all through the purchase. After sales care was again brilliant with special mention to Gemma and Zelia. Overall I was so pleased that I called in to Lookers in the first place. Thank you to all the team who are a credit to your company
