Easy to book vehicle for service. Nice welcome when arriving. Car serviced quickly and available again same morning. No problems and thanks for a good experience

I’m not sure why it took 2hr 30mins to carry out a basic service and why the link I was sent wasn’t working properly. My Dash cam was left unplugged, radio station was changed.

The car should have cleaned better, inside the Dashboard and interior did not seemed to be cleaned or sanitised. There was still a lot of dust on them.

Very friendly and efficient service from the staff at the dealership

Mark was very helpful/professional and a credit to the dealership. He gave the information on the car and different products in an approachable friendly way; not being a slick, smarmy sales man, which would have immediately put us off. We didn't go to buy a car that day, but left buying one.
