Overall service was excellent from Lookers Nissan Carlisle. From booking online which was easy to do, from the phone call from Alison to confirm. Then the reminders, then to be met by the lovely Julie, when dropping off my car. The service was done very quickly and I got a call to say I could come and collect. Thank you 😊

Car had a minor fault with TPMS ie a valve needed replacing. This was dealt with very well with excellent customer service and the car being collected and delivered back.

Jenny was wonderful, a great help. Delivery time was part of problem but main issue was actual range although sufficient wasn't as good as the kona I went for, also upfront payment double the amount for much the same spec
