I would have given 5 stars everywhere except for one unresolved problem. There was no parcel shelf in the car because it had been removed to satisfy another customer. The dealership then pinched a parcel shelf from another vehicle to satisfy my need. It is the wrong size and had been forced into my car in the only position it could go which was 90 degrees rotated incorrectly. Basically the shelf is 6mm too wide. By forcing it into the car it caused us problems in attempting to remove it. We had to use levers and towels to prevent damage, and eventually removed it. Because it is too long for the width of the interior it will not replace in the correct position and to attempt to replace it in the wrong position again is still way too tight and will cause damage. I did contact the dealership on Friday when I discovered the problem. I am awaiting a resolution.

our motabiliy sales man Andrew was very helpfull and kept us informed about the cars journey every step of the way. The hand over of the car was a calm experience. the apprentice helped us out with the computer side of the car thankfully . as being elderley and not very computer literate took away a lot of the anxciousness around the dashbored display

I had to re book because my original booking I requested a automatic courtesy car and on the morning the car was given to another customer so had to wait a further 2 weeks for service but second time the automatic car was available but the boot had hay and mud in it and the car smelled very bad
