Very helpful staff. There was a slight hiccup on the day of collection, which was disappointing at the time, but was rectified by 10am the following day. The issue related to a part that had not arrived, so it was outside the control of Lookers staff. Overall, the process of buying a new used vehicle to replace the vehicle I had owned for 10 years was remarkably quick and largely stress free. Thanks very much to Richard Waller at Carlisle.
