All of the above ratings could have been 5 stars with proactive communication not reactive. The where is your vechicle app in particular being completed sporadically. If the app was updated immediately then the number of customer calls to you would decline a win for everyone.

Very helpful staff. There was a slight hiccup on the day of collection, which was disappointing at the time, but was rectified by 10am the following day. The issue related to a part that had not arrived, so it was outside the control of Lookers staff.Overall, the process of buying a new used vehicle to replace the vehicle I had owned for 10 years was remarkably quick and largely stress free.Thanks very much to Richard Waller at Carlisle.
