Happy with the car said it would be valeted which i don't think it was it just had quick wash and Hoover very poor did a better job myself car should be handed over spotless not half done very poorly at that. 1 out of 5 for valet

John Adam very pleasant and personable. I purchased a used BMW. The standard of the valeting isn’t the best, cleaning it today I found a small chip in the windscreen and a damaged fin on the passenger side kidney grille.But generally happy with the experience.
