I say yes as car is still with you awaiting parts. I must also point out that communication from Shelbi keeping us fully updated was fantastic and the reason we will be returning for our next service despite the unexpected large bill, thank you to the team for our first experience with Nissan Chester.

Staff were super friendly in sealand Road store. I think Tracy was her name she was so nice and helpful. She offered us umberellas as it was awful weather and made me feel so welcome. THANKYOU Tracy.

I have no complaint about the sales agent dealing with the sale. However the initial on-line information contained one gross error: listed as a Qash. 1.3 Tekna-DiG-T 160 the vehicle proved to be the DiG-T 140 model, only discovered when my Insurance Co. refused to accept the vehicle and costing me and staff at the dealership almost 2hours to sort out the confusion - eventually put down to 'system error' - well, yes.
