Purely trivial but the wash and hoover was offered as part of the service which it was however the wash wasn't that good as still had dirt on so the water dried leaving more dry dirt spots. Maybe explain the wash is just a jet wash just to set the expectations 😉

We had the first Motability service on our Nissan which happens to be an automatic. A courtesy car was provided, which was appreciated, but it would have been more appropriate to have had an automatic car.

The service was fantastic only moan when we picked the car up last evening it had no fuel in it zero on gauge so we had to find a garage to put fuel in to get home .

The show room was clean and pleasant. Staff were amazing. Mike my salesman was really lovely. At 1 stage the salesman next to us was chatting too. He awas also equally as lovely I think his name was Bret. Happy polite friendly environment and I couldn't think of a better service to get anywhere. I will be a returning customer and I'll recommend you any time. Thank you for making this purchase run smooth and for all the advice and support.
