The service and MOT took longer than I expected because it turned out there was an issue with a tyre which I asked them to investigate. I was delighted with the result and response from that investigation.I was very impressed with Lynne who was my contact throughout the day. Her obvious experience in customer service is plain to see.To be honest there may have been a video but for me it wasn't necessary!
