Too expensive for what it was. It does not deserve a 2 hour check. Absolute max one hour to do the job. I would have liked an in depth test of the battery. How good is the balance with best and worst values, would have been interesting?!

I don’t want to score down because the guys in the dealership were excellent and couldn’t fault the service I received. Craig was particularly helpful and friendly. But the day I took my car home I realised something was wrong when I’d reverse and fully lock the steering to park it makes a loud clunking sound and feels like something is popping.. I emailed Craig who was once again really helpful and directed me to the bookings team to make an appointment but they are unable to offer a courtesy car which adds to the frustration of spending a lot of money on a car that isn’t right as I now have to pay over £30 for a taxi

Shelby was very communicative and took care to let us know what was happening before during and after of Nissan Leaf was serviced and MOTed. Impressed that Shelby managed to arrange a Leaf as a courtesy car for us.

The repair involved reprogramming the ECU, this also reset the service reminder so I now need to cancel this each time I start the car, shame it was not spotted at the time.I now need to return to your garage to have this rectified.
