From start to finish, the whole process was painless! Gaynor was so helpful on the phone, Mike was there keeping me updated on the car's progress and considering the firm was in the middle of a major re furbishment, every was happy, helpful and put me at ease.

Would have given it a five star if the handover had been done in the comfort of a dealers show room rather than the temporary accommodation. The car handover by the sale person Mike M was very good and fully explained. My only concern is that due to other customers on the day my handover was and seemed a bit rushed ,maybe due to the number of potential customers and lack of salesperson. Other than that negative comment my purchase went extremely smooth and was dealt with excellently by the salesperson. More importantly to me was the car I purchased I am extremely happy with and drives superbly.
