Easy to follow Professional service

See earlier comments. Remi did his job well and the process was easy. Marked down a little because the Warranty process was not covered, the Breakdown cover included was an unknown factor and although the car was valeted inside it was not cleaned/polished outside which just took the “shine” off the package. Detail is important. Separately, I do find that having a Manager in the back room pulling the strings and making the decisions takes away from the guy doing the work with the customer. But you know this already! Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Thank you.
