Was easy to use iam not into much online takes me some time but I managed to do it alrightNatalie was very welcoming and was so nice she explained. everything showed us where to wait offered tea and coffe .It took under two hours .had a relaxing wait reading my book

Would've give 5 stars if you coordinated the MOT with the service rather than waiting 7 hours.Booked in car for 8 am for service and MOT, was not available until late afternoon and I had to call. Also when car was ready to pick up it had not been cleaned inside or out as on previous services and as stated.
