It was really easy to do.Booking my car in for a service was easy and I’m really pleased with the service itself and the health check and car wash. Only reason for knocking a star off is the difficulty with parking on arrival.

Brett was very good stress free.

Booked on line only to get an email shortly after telling me the slot was no longer available and offering the same time a week later which I accepted. Then a day or so before my cancelled booking I received an email reminding me of my appointment which had been previously been cancelled. I then phoned Nissan Chester to check when they had me booked in for and a very helpful lady advised me that they had me booked in for the second appointment booked not the original cancelled on line booking. Hence the reason I was not impressed with the on line booking system reflected in my score.Everyone is really friendly and helpful

Mainly the whole sales experience with Michael Mason - made the process seamless and weirdly for buying a car enjoyable :)
