Very courteous, communication wonderful. I asked to bring the car in later in the day due to family circumstances and they accommodated me beautifully. Would highly recommend their service to others. Car washed and vacuumed before handing back to me which was an added bonus. Thank you.

Many thanks for fast tracking my vehicle through the two recalls ( childproof lock and emergency brake). As this is the nearest Nissan dealership it involved a 150 mile round trip and having the car completed to return home by 2pm was most helpful.I’m grateful to the customer service lady’ who facilitated this.

Mike was fantastic throughout, answered all our concerns and questions, kept in touch throughout the process. He went through everything at a pace we liked with just the right amount of detail.Overall, really happy with Mike and Nissan, we will be back soon to sort out the wife's new car.
