After receiving excellent service from Carys Williams we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle, especially dirty mark on the roof lining and not cleaned around door, yes the vehicle had been cleaned but not to a good standard. We didn't notice any of this as it was dusk when we left.

I was encouraged to book the MOT online so chose a date, opting for collection from my home which appeared to be accepted. But I then quickly received a phone call which basically took me through the whole booking process again. I was also advised that there was no collection service available for the date I'd chosen. In order to get the MOT done by its due date I therefore had to drop the car off at the dealership. It's a minor issue but there seemed nothing to be gained by booking online. I should say that otherwise the whole experience was excellent.
