Only had Dashcam fitted. Michelle on Service Desk excellent - kept me fully advised on what was happening.I am returning to garage next week to have the Dashcam fully explained to me. Instructions from manufacturer not very clear!

The Sales Executive we met, Jack Ratcliff, at Lookers Chester was very friendly, helpful and kept informed throughout the time of the visit at Lookers to delivery of the car.There is one point that I would like to point out, when I inspected the car, which was a a chip and scratch at the nearside passenger door. I pointed this out and was told it would be attended to, however on delivery the scratch had not been fixed. I am in the process of contacting Lookers to arrange for this to be done. However overall I was very pleased with y experience
