Some of the options are not applicable as we got a motorbility car, hower the whole experience was brilliant. Mike Mason is a credit to your company and put my mind at ease and most importantly to me I am driving again.

Unusually, the cleaning of the car, inside and out , wasn’t as good or thorough as it has been in the past. Also, I did not receive a video of the problem with the car. It was not to be found in junk or spam either. It would have been very useful , as the work under the car was extensive and costly in order to get it through its retest. I was, however, grateful to the advisor for applying a 10% discount, as the car was already with you for servicing.
