Mike was extremely helpful and able to get the service team to check the car within an hour rather than me having to wait all day. he informed me that we could have asked for a timed /wait appointment which I was unaware of. Car fault sorted. Surprised to be told that if a curtesy car required £18 cost to cover insurance ! Never been asked this anywhere else before !
