I dealt with Mike Mason and he was fantastic from start to finish. I can be quite intense as I have PTSD and I’m very nervous about change so getting a new car is always a challenge but Mike was fantastic. When I picked up the car he showed me all the safety features, a massive reason I bought it, explained everything to me and reassured me that I was safe. We discussed lots of options prior to choosing my car and whilst cars confuse me I knew exactly what I was buying by the time I left. Mike kept in contact with me the whole way through the process. Honestly cannot rate him highly enough, I hate car sales people but he was different he wasn’t pushy and I’d come back to Nissan just for Mike. Keep him because where ever he ends up is where I will be getting my next car from!
