Requested confirmation that the vehicle was ready by telephone but got email and collected car 3 days late as a result

Our car is a motability vehicle. Donna, the Motability specialist was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Bret Davies was friendly, professional and extremely helpful without being pushy or over the top.

Daniel Allmark, my contact at the service desk, was very informative and helpful.

The knowledge of my service advisor was excellent (Siobhan)I was welcomed in to the dealership straight away I was kept informed of the additional work needed to my car all my expectation of the service I was given was exceeded thank you very much!

My vehicle was in for a repair to the air conditioning unit. The service I received was first class from the the car pickup driver and the service colleague to the dealership manager. Thanks to all involved great job!!.

I was very well looked after by Dan , who ensured that I knew exactly what was going to be done with the car and allocated me a great curtesy car. On collection I had a pleasant surprise to find my car had been cleaned inside and out and I was also given full details of what had been done on my full service.
