Very courteous sales person who called back to see if we were still interested in the car we looked at.

I met with Brett the salesman we have purchased 4? Vehicles from him. We have the greatest faith in him and will hopefully make that 5soon. We trust him implicitly,he's genuine honest and whilst I realise he's making as much profit for lookers, we've always felt he's made us a great deal.Thoroughly recommend him to others.Mike and AnneTofield

I believe the company is highly and unnecessarily sensitive about Covid, conscious of the current freedom promoted by the retail and entertainment industry, the NHS and Government. Because my wife had suffered from Covid two weeks previous to the original appointment you refused us entry into the garage. Rebooking then became necessary some weeks later. Not only this but at the time the vehicle was brought in I had to remove any pre-used face masks from the glove compartment! On the day of the service I rang Customer Service and explained to the gentleman that an error had occurred in the documentation regarding the recording of the vehicle mileage. The the Repair Order Number had been used (49497) rather than the correct mileage of 29,054. No problem he explained I'll issue you with an update and send it by email. Have I heard any thing ...No not at all! This oversight does not promote good customer relations indeed it erodes them.

Nissan should develope a better battery for the leaf giving a better milage , then do a battery exchange at a reasonable price.

Staff very friendly and helpful and thoughtful.this visit Daniel Allmark dealt with me and he was excellent. I already have a service plan with you so will be visiting again in the near future
