The service team was very welcoming, professional, and efficient. I dealt with Tracy Davies, who was excellent. I was able to book my car in quickly, with a courtesy car waiting ready for me. Excellent customer service . Made to feel comfortable from start to finish . 5 star service . Really happy with our new car after sales and completion of paperwork was professionally and effeciently taken care of by john adams who is an asset to nissan chester .
