The vehicle which is a Motability Vehicle was in for a service, due to the amount of vehicles the garage now has to deal with due to the loss of dealerships in North Wales, it is not always possible to get the type/quality of service normally expected.The dealership couldn't provide a replacement vehicle, as is the norm for Motability Vehicles, I was offered a spot at 2.00pm on the 16th June 22, and told that it should be done in 2 hours, which I could just about cope with by taking something to read and having a coffee. Sadly it took 3 hours 20mins to get it back to me, although the vehicle was beautifully clean which they should be praised for, caused me major discomfort, because I have spinal injuries. I known that it could cause problems for the Garage, next time it is in for anything I will be insisting on a replacement vehicle for the time that my vehicle is in.

Craig was very efficient and was a very good listener. His advice was very good and everything went very smoothly indeed inthe purchasing of my car. Highly recommend dealing with this dealership. Michael was also very helpful in the initial stages of buying the car. An excellent team

My only issue is the lack of spaces for customer parking which has not improved over a number of years. Suggest a pre parking space allocation for drop off of vehicle.

My latest experience was to view the Airiya so some of the questions were not relevant

I am a Motobility customer, but I cannot place an order until I receive the go ahead off Motobility on about 8th Dec. Because of the long delays with the delivery of new cars, I was doing some preliminary investigations into possible replacements.

The check on our nissan was good the help from the staff also good would be interested in A future deal on a new ev next year
