Previous dealerships have washed the car after a service . I was disappointed to see this wasn’t done. Would have been a nice touch.

I am a motability customer. My wife and I dealt with Donna Atkinson who is a credit to your Company. She is very professional but at the same time extremley friendly. She kept us updated on the delivery situation and sorted out all the motability requirements. When we picked the car up she went through the controls with us and set up certain things that we required. We would certainly highly recommend both your Company and Donna.

Craig Phillips has been excellent with his communications given the delays to new car orders. He is very helpful which is why having bought my first car from him, I have returned to this dealership - which is 41/2 hours drive from my home address. Great service. Cannot speak highly enough.

REG DG19 DBYAfter receiving my car back, after having a pick up from home service I later checked my log book and found that it had not been stamped. I phone the service centre and informed them.I told them I would call them with the log book to have is stamped. Whilst I was there I asked the lady would she have the battery for the spare key change and agreed but would have to charge me. After having to travel a 14 mile return trip I thought this was disappointing, When she gave me the stamped log book back I noticed that it had the wrong milage down which meant it having to be scrubbed out and insert the right milage. I would like to say the actual standard of the vehicle service was excellent but let down by the after service.
